As we age, the eyelid skin becomes thinner and less elastic, causing folds of skin to develop on the upper lids and creating puffy \u201cbags\u201d under the lower lids. This can give the face a tired and aged appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In some cases, excess eyelid skin can even interfere with vision, making blepharoplasty necessary not only for aesthetic but also for medical reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is a good candidate?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Blepharoplasty may be suitable if you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38;
