Liability insurance and claim submission information
The goal is to ensure that patients receive the necessary insurance information before using the service, in order to guarantee their safety and well-being.
Liability insurance information
My professional liability insurance provider is PZU Insurance (AB “Lietuvos draudimas” Estonian branch), with the insurance period running from 01 November 2025 to 31 October 2026. The policy covers potential risks arising during the provision of services and provides insurance protection safeguarding patients’ interests.
Insurance amount:
- €3,000,000 per insurance period
- €300,000 per insured event
- €100,000 per entitled person
Non-material damage insurance amount:
- €100,000 per insured event
- €30,000 per entitled person
Filing a claim:
Either the healthcare service’s own contact or PZU Insurance self service
